Faculty mentors are the mainstay of training for the next generation of future researchers and scientists. Here you will find an array of opportunities, trainings and resources to help support your important role as a mentor. You are encouraged to look to this page for assistance in mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdocs. The resources included will provide information from national, local and campus associations, offices, networks and websites. These resources are designed to assist in mentoring of students from all levels in the academic and STEM pipeline-especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. Included here are also research, white papers, blogs and publications to read or refer to others. For individual assistance please contact Rochelle Smith at rsmith@wustl.edu.
