Two years after the shooting of unarmed Normandy Viking, Michael Brown, his grave (in St. Peters Cemetery directly across the street from his high school) remains unmarked for fear of vandalism, and his school district is still unaccredited. Director Terry Artis revisits the dismantling of his alma mater to give further insights and his perspective on the possible way forward for Normandy and other school systems with high minority/high poverty concentration. This film is prequel/sequel to Artis’ 2015 full-length document, The Dismantling of the Normandy School District.
