The Perspectives Dialogue Circle provides a space for members of the Washington University community to hear and share perspectives on diversity, inclusion and equity in constructive ways. Through facilitated dialogue, participants practice perspective-taking and build empathy and connection within our community.

The series is hosted by the Human Resources Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Washington University School of Medicine and the Campus Diversity Collaborative.

Perspectives are open to all Washington University staff and faculty, regardless of campus affiliation. You are encouraged to bring lunch and any interested coworkers. No RSVP is needed.
