James E. Mcleod, Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, and Vice Chancellor for Students

NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN for the 2019 James E. McLeod Honors and Awards Program. The Program recognizes the achievements of Black students in academics, scholarly research, leadership, creativity, and community service. In your capacity as faculty, staff, administrator, counselor, advisor, mentor or peer, we invite you to nominate those Black students who demonstrate the characteristics outlined in the current awards as described on the James E. McLeod Honors and Awards Program website. Students can also nominate themselves and can be nominated for more than one award.

You can submit nominations to the James E. McLeod Honors and Awards Program at: mcleodawards.wustl.edu. Nominations close at 5pm on Friday, March 1, 2019.

We would greatly appreciate it if you spread the word about these awards to faculty, staff, and students in your departments. We also hope that you can join us in celebrating the achievements of these outstanding students. The James E. McLeod Honors and Awards Ceremony will be held on Monday, April 29, 2019, from 3-5pm in May Auditorium in Simon Hall.
