In this 90 minute collaborative learning session, participants will build awareness of how mindfulness can support their success in inclusive work environments. This session will build awareness of the foundational concepts, benefits, and science behind mindfulness, as well as different forms of mindfulness practice. This session is focused on building individual awareness, and is designed to meet participants where they are: learning new skills, practicing them, or building the capacity to support work in their own environment.
