Interested in evolving understandings of diversity, inclusion, and community building? Want to develop the capacity to lead and facilitate difficult conversations with our students and each other?

Join us as we combine theory, lived experience, and practice into a dynamic and interactive 2-day training. Designed for staff, administrators, and faculty, the training brings together diverse participants from across Washington University to explore theory, expand skills, and develop collaborative working relationships in service to our students.
