The Association of Latin American Students presents DACA Week:

DACA Week was created to inform the WashU community and raise awareness of those who are directly and indirectly affected by the decision of the Trump Administration to rescind DACA. We have planned our DACA Week to be from September 18th through September 22nd in which we will have panelists and speakers to inform the public about DACA, activities to facilitate community activism and involvement, and opportunities to learn more about DACA. We hope to make this a long-term project of awareness and action until Congress takes action.

Immigration Information Panel
Come join us in Simon 1 from 6-7:30 p.m for an immigration information panel, where we will discuss what DACA is, what changes by the Trump administration mean for DACA and DREAMers, and what possible legislative solutions are on the horizon for the 800,000 DREAMers. The speaker will be STL immigration lawyer, Kenneth Schmitt.
