The Bridge: An Intergenerational Conversation with Leaders of Current and Past Civil Rights Movements in St. Louis will bring together the voices and perspectives of past and current St. Louis civil rights leaders to reveal how organizing and activism have evolved throughout history into present moments of social unrest, political transition, and heightened consciousness. Bridging themes within the #1 in Civil Rights exhibition, this interactive conversation will inspire audience participation as it evokes reflections of past movements in the city, insights from current moments, and lessons that inform future efforts in the struggle for civil rights.

Presented in collaboration with ALIVE Magazine.
