Dr. Joan Strassmann, the Charles Restock Professor of Biology at Washington University in St.Louis, will lead us on an avian journey through history to explore our complex relationship with birds, and the ways we have changed the avian landscape.

This lecture is in conjunction with The Common Reader’s Upcoming issue, Animals in the Human World, and is free and op[en to the public. Drinks and light fare will be available.
