Please join us for an evening with Stuart Eizenstat, who will discuss his recent book “President Carter: The White House Years.” There will be time for audience Q&A and a reception with book signing will immediately follow the discussion.
During a decade and a half of public service in three U.S. administrations, Ambassador Eizenstat has held a number of key senior positions, including chief White House domestic policy adviser to President Jimmy Carter. Eizenstat will join us on December 5th to discuss his recent book President Carter: The White House Years. “The definitive history of the Carter Administration from the man who participated in its surprising number of accomplishments—drawing on his extensive and never-before-seen notes.” After the formal remarks, there will be time for audience Q&A. A reception with book signing will immediately follow the discussion. There will be books available for purchase from the Wash U bookstore.
Ambassador Eizenstat will also be a guest on St. Louis Public Radio (90.7 FM KWMU) on Monday, December 3, as Don Marsh’s guest on the St. Louis on the Air program.
This event is free and open to all and we encourage RSVPs to email@example.com or (314) 935-9345 so that we can offer parking information and event updates.
