Office of the Provost and Diversity
The Provost is the chief academic officer of the University, responsible for teaching, learning, scholarship and research across the Danforth Campus. Included in this purview are academic planning, budgeting, and facilities. University-wide curricular and co-curricular activities including undergraduate and graduate education, diversity, internationalization, and outreach are important concerns of the Provost.
At the behest of Chancellor Wrighton, the Provost is working to develop and implement a plan to strengthen the diversity of our University community. For more information on the Provost Office's work with diversity, please visit provost.wustl.edu/diversity.
